Return Policy
At W1hardwar, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@w1hardwar.store. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
